Object: The North Celestial Pole
Description As the earth rotates, the stars appear to revolve around the celestial north pole. In this shot of star trails centered on Polaris. Polaris, the north star is the bright streak near the center of the image.
As you can see in this image, Polaris is not quite at the celestial north pole.
